SpecWeld Ready-to-Use, Re-Wettable Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA) SpecWeld is a versatile, ready-to-use, re-wettable polyvinyl acetate (PVA) emulsion used as both an admixture and bonding agent. It is formulated to bond new concrete, underlayments, masonry, stucco, terrazzo, and Portland cement/sand mixes to both horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces. It is recommended for interior and exterior use but should not be used in areas subjected to constant moisture, hydrostatic pressure, or continuous water saturation.
