Humans Before Commerce.
Support the contractor before asking for the transaction.
Supply Haus Trust Center
Products. Equipment. Knowledge. People. Not just another supplier, a contractor operating partner.
The Supply Haus Position
Why Supply Haus Exists
Construction rarely stops because the work is difficult. It stops because information, products, equipment, delivery, and people do not arrive together.
Years serving contractors and construction businesses
The Experience Behind The Haus
Supply Haus was founded by Rose and Joe Garrett with a straightforward mission: make it easier for contractors to get what they need, when they need it.
Before building Supply Haus, Joe spent more than two decades in construction-products distribution, serving in leadership capacities across sales, operations, inventory, logistics, fleet, safety, customer experience, multi-location management, acquisition integration, strategic growth, and executive leadership.
That experience provided a front-row view of the challenges contractors face every day—and became the operating foundation for a contractor-first platform built around products, equipment, intelligence, fulfillment, and real human support.
What We Build
Each capability exists to reduce uncertainty, coordinate action, and help the contractor move the work forward.
Know what to buy, why it fits, and how it supports the work.
Know what to rent, buy, attach, transport, and support.
Know who to call when the project needs coordination.
Know how to purchase, control, bill, and scale.
Know when, where, and how the work will be supported.
Know how to prepare, perform, and move forward.
The Supply Haus Difference
These principles govern how Supply Haus designs experiences, supports customers, and builds the platform.
Support the contractor before asking for the transaction.
Provide clarity, proof, and operational confidence before promotion.
Help contractors understand the work before presenting the catalog.
Organize products and equipment around real workflows and outcomes.
Design every experience around professional construction work.
