Re-emulsifiable Bonding Agent Concrete Glue is a versatile, re-emulsifiable polyvinyl acetate (PVA) emulsion used as an admixture and bonding agent. It is designed to bond new concrete, underlayments, masonry, stucco, terrazzo, and Portland cement/sand mixes to both horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces. It is suitable for interior and exterior use, except in conditions of constant moisture, hydrostatic pressure, or continuous water saturation.
